Revira Care is currently seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to join our team and support NDIS participants across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
Locations may include:
Werribee | Hoppers Crossing | Tarneit | Truganina | Point Cook | Wyndham Vale | Deer Park | Footscray | Melton | Taylors Lakes | Sunshine | surrounding Western Melbourne suburbs
⭐ We are particularly looking for workers who have:
✅ Experience working with NDIS participants
✅ Bilingual/multilingual communication skills – highly desirable
✅ Experience providing in-home support
✅ Experience with social & community participation
✅ Experience in SIL / Supported Independent Living
✅ Strong personal care and daily living support experience
✅ High-intensity support experience – highly desirable
✅ Experience with PEG feeding / enteral feeding – highly desirable
✅ Experience with diabetes management and insulin support – highly desirable
✅ RN/EN background or nursing qualification – highly desirable
✅ Ability to follow participant support plans and health-related instructions
✅ Strong documentation, communication and teamwork skills
✅ Person-centred approach and commitment to participant choice and dignity
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Relevant disability/community services qualification or equivalent experience
- Australian working rights
- Reliable transport and ability to travel to participant locations
- Relevant high-intensity competencies/training where required
