At least 2 years’ exp in customer service, dispatch, warehousing, or a related coordination role - Must have.

Strong experience in warehousing and dispatch operations - Must have.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with operational systems and administration tasks.

A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work autonomously.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
An agile mindset with demonstrated continuous improvement focus.

Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements preferred.

JD Edwards ERP system experience would be highly regarded
