500 Degrees Steakhouse is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead and support front-of-house team
- Ensure high service standards are maintained
- Assist with staff training and development
- Manage customer feedback and service recovery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similiar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
