Your new role:
As the Administration Team Manager within our Pharmacy Department, you will coordinate, supervise and support a team of administration professionals who play a critical role in supporting clinical service delivery. Working closely with pharmacy and healthcare stakeholders, you will ensure administrative operations are efficient, compliant and aligned with organisational objectives while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
You will,
Lead, mentor and support a team of administrative staff, promoting professionalism, accountability and service excellence.
Coordinate workforce activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance development, roster management and leave planning.
Monitor operational performance, maintain data integrity, prepare reports and contribute to business planning and resource management activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance and the quality of administrative services supporting patient care.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident and collaborative leader with a passion for developing people and improving services.
You will have a;
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising administration teams within a complex or fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to organise, prioritise and coordinate competing administrative activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service delivery.
Sound knowledge of human resource practices, workforce management and contemporary administrative systems, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
