Central Security is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Balcatta branch team for a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys a strong working team environment.
Responsibilities
This is a frontline role that directly impacts the customer experience and involves a variety of tasks, including:
Processing sales orders (via emailed purchase orders, counter and phone)
Serving customers at the Trade Counter and via phone/email
Responding to product, pricing, order, and account enquiries
Preparing accurate quotes based on customer needs
Coordinating with operations, purchasing, and accounts teams
Managing returns, backorders, and stock requests
About You
We value positivity, a willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset. While experience in a similiar role or industry is beneficial, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
