Café Manager
We are a small, friendly takeaway café looking for a passionate and reliable Café Manager to join our team.
Our menu is simple and easy to manage, and we have a welcoming and supportive work environment. We genuinely care about every coffee and every item we serve, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a great experience for every customer.
The hours are flexible, with Monday-to-Friday availability preferred. Weekend shifts are also available if you would like them.

We want every customer to feel noticed, valued and happy when they visit our café. A positive attitude, kind personality and genuine love of connecting with people are just as important to us as experience.
Your role will include:
- Making sure our coffee, drinks and customer service are always of the highest quality
- Overseeing the daily running of the café
- Supporting, guiding and supervising staff during shifts
- Making sure the team completes their duties properly and works well together
- Taking responsibility for stock management, including monitoring stock levels, reducing waste and placing orders on time
- Keeping the café clean, organised and running smoothly
- Helping train staff and maintain consistent standards
- Building genuine relationships with our regular and new customers
- Helping grow the business by creating a welcoming environment and encouraging customers to return
- Handling any day-to-day issues that may arise
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a big smile and a naturally friendly and welcoming personality
- Is reliable, organised, positive and confident
- Is passionate about great coffee and customer service
- Enjoys getting to know customers and building a strong local community
- Has good communication and leadership skills
- Can work independently and take responsibility
- Is looking for a stable, long-term position
- Has valid Australian working rights with no limitations
Previous café management or supervisory experience would be great, but it is not essential. Someone with café or barista experience who is motivated, responsible and genuinely willing to learn is also very welcome to apply. We are happy to provide guidance and support to the right person.
Pay will depend on your skills and experience and will be discussed with you.
In return, you will receive plenty of support from two hands-on owners who are always happy to guide you, help you and work alongside you when needed. We want our manager to feel supported, valued and truly part of the business.
