Are you creative, organised, and confident using computers and social media?
We're looking for a motivated junior team member to join our embroidery and printing business. This is a great opportunity for a university student, TAFE student, recent school leaver, or someone looking to build experience in e-commerce, marketing, and graphic design.
No previous industry experience is required — we're looking for someone who learns quickly, has a great attitude, and enjoys working with technology.
About the Role
Your main responsibility will be helping manage our Shopify website and social media platforms.
You will create product images, upload products to our online store, and assist with daily social media posting. Full training will be provided on our products and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Website Management
- Create and edit product images using Photoshop
- Ensure all product images follow our company format
- Create front, back, left-side and right-side images for garments
- Prepare images for multiple colour variations
- Upload products to Shopify
- Update product descriptions and product information
- Maintain a clean and organised online catalogue
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Post content daily across our social media platforms
- Keep up to date with current social media trends
- Assist with content ideas and marketing campaigns
- Photograph products and completed customer orders
- Help grow our online presence
