You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to transform complex healthcare processes into simple, user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile healthcare applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Simplify complex healthcare and operational workflows
Conduct user research and usability testing
Build and maintain scalable design systems
Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, and product teams
Improve accessibility, usability, and compliance standards
Use customer feedback and data insights to enhance product experiences
Ensure consistent and engaging user experiences across platforms
What You Bring?
Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in SaaS products or digital platforms
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is an advantage
