As an Organisational Capability & Experience Consultant, you'll work across the business to design and deliver initiatives that build workforce capability, enhance employee experience, and drive organisational effectiveness.
We're Looking For
An experienced Organisational Capability & Experience Consultant who is passionate about learning, organisational development, and creating meaningful people experiences. You'll be a trusted advisor who enjoys partnering with leaders and stakeholders to solve challenges, drive positive change, and support business success.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that build capability, enhance employee experience, and support business performance.
- Lead learning and organisational development projects, using data and insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic people initiatives across leadership, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, and early careers, helping shape a high performing and future ready workforce.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in organisational development, learning and development, employee experience, or a related People & Culture role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering learning, capability, or organisational development initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the business.
- Experience using data, reporting, and insights to inform decision making and measure outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
