This role services clients across the Bay & Basin, Nowra and Ulladulla regions, supporting people in their homes and community with compassion, dignity, and respect.

About the Role
This is a Permanent Part Time position offering minimum 25 hours per week, with flexible shifts available Monday to Friday, and weekends.
As a Community Care Worker, you will provide practical support and companionship to older people living in the community. Your work will help clients maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to the things that matter most to them.
Duties may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication assistance (if qualified)
- Meal preparation and shopping support
- Light household assistance
- Social support and companionship
- Transport and community access
- Participation in individual and group activities
You will work across areas including:
- Bay & Basin
- Sanctuary Point
- Huskisson
- Nowra
- Ulladulla
- Surrounding Shoalhaven communities

Previous experience in aged care, or disability is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain):
- Australian Federal Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability or equivalent (completed or in progress)
- Medication Assistance certification or willingness to obtain
- Current Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- Safe Driving record
- Current Working With Children Check
- COVID-19 vaccination (desirable)
