What does the job look like?
We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson/Forklift Driver to join our fast-paced cold storage operation in Bentley, WA. Working with dairy products including milk, juice and other chilled goods, this hands-on role combines forklift operation, warehouse duties and manual pick packing within a temperature-controlled environment. This is a permanent opportunity working in a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities include:
Operating High Reach forklifts (up to 10 metres) and Counterbalance forklifts
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Picking, packing and replenishing stock to meet customer requirements
Using RF scanners to accurately process inventory movements
Receiving inbound goods and completing general warehouse duties
Building and packing pallets of dairy products, including milk and juice
Performing manual handling tasks with lifting of up to 20kg
Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment
Are you the one?
We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused team player who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment and isn't afraid to get hands-on. You can demonstrate:
Current LF Forklift Licence
Experience operating High Reach forklifts (up to 10 metres) and/or Counterbalance forklifts
Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution or cold storage environment
Experience with RF scanning and inventory management systems
Confidence loading and unloading trucks and managing stock movements
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including manual lifting up to 20kg
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
A positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed
