DKO is an award‑winning, multidisciplinary design practice of around 300 people, working across seven studios in Australia, New Zealand and South‑East Asia.
We collaborate across architecture, interiors, landscape architecture and urban design to deliver large‑scale multi‑residential, mixed‑use, workplace, hospitality and urban projects. Our work is design‑led and visually driven, underpinned by rigorous thinking, clear communication and strong collaboration.

You’ll contribute to projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality, design-led outcomes.
- Develop creative, high-quality design solutions across all project phases
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and detailed design outputs
- Undertake space planning, materials and FF&E selection
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity
- Present design concepts and communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement in design and documentation processes
- Qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Strong design capability with creativity and attention to detail
- Experience across multiple project stages (SD, DD, CD, CA)
- Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and detailing
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage priorities and contribute to multiple projects
- Proficiency in relevant design software
- Experience with FF&E specification and documentation
- Exposure to large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects
- Interest in contributing to client relationships and future opportunities
