The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager and based in Brisbane, the Chiller Team Supervisor leads a team of Chiller Technicians and Apprentices, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across the Brisbane region.
This is the ideal next step for an experienced Chiller Technician ready to lead a team. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing others as much as solving technical problems—guiding technicians, sharing knowledge and driving accountability for customer service, KPIs and quality administration.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Lead, mentor and develop a team of Chiller Technicians and Apprentices

Provide technical guidance and support

Deliver safe, high-quality service outcomes

Ensure KPIs, timesheets and job documentation are completed accurately

Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships

Prepare reports, quotations and technical documentation

We want to hear from you if…
You're an experienced Chiller Technician who leads by example, holds high standards and knows that great service is built on both technical excellence and strong team performance.
You will also have:

Proven experience servicing and fault-finding commercial chiller systems
-
Experience leading, mentoring or coaching technicians (advantageous)

Strong communication and customer relationship skills
-
A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
-
Refrigeration Trade Qualification (dual trade Electrician highly regarded)
-
Current ARCTick, Restricted Electrical, CPR/LVR, White Card, QBCC Mechanical Services Licence and Driver's Licence
