What's the role?
Join a high-performing Consumer Finance leadership team and help shape the future direction of one of Australia's largest consumer lending businesses.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will develop Consumer Finance strategy, support strategic planning and investment decisions, prepare executive-level communications, and help ensure our priorities remain aligned to broader business objectives. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders across Consumer Finance, Group Strategy and the wider Bank.
Location: Sydney (Barangaroo)
Work type: Permanent, full-time
Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office
What do I need?
- Experience in Strategy, Business Management, Chief of Staff, Planning or Consulting environments.
- Strong Consumer Finance, Retail Banking or Credit Cards experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing executive or board-level materials.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership groups.
What will set you apart?
- Experience in Credit Cards, Consumer Lending or Consumer Finance.
- Exposure to Group Strategy, business planning or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- A balance of strategic thinking and practical business experience, with the ability to connect strategy to commercial outcomes.
