Aristocrat is a leader in the global gaming industry and are looking for an experienced Game Designer to join their team working out of the Big Cheers Studio. We are looking for a highly motivated Game Designer, who works well within a team environment and can develop and manage products from concept stage through to delivery.
What You'll Do:

Design new game concepts tailored to various global markets.

Responsible for all math model calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics as appropriate;

Develop code that implements the functionality of game concepts in order to verify and/or develop mathematical calculations and obtain important data and statistics to validate that the underlying mathematics meet all game design requirements.

Produce technical documentation to aid in the development and testing of new games.

Produce regulatory documentation required by all applicable markets.

Develop tools to aid in the construction of mathematical calculations, documentation and specifications.

Collaborate with artists, software and test engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver games to market;

Peer review of fellow Game Designers’ calculations, code and documentation.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a game designer / developer working primarily on slots;

Bachelor Degree (or higher) with a strong mathematical component and evidence of programming experience (C++ preferred);

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

Experience developing game concepts, prototype game math and simulating game software.
