This role is within the Digital Health Service department, and we will be rolling out the Single Digital Patient Register(SDPR) across our facilities this year. We are looking for experience trainers within the health domain to help implement and support SDPR thereafter.

What you'll be doing
Successful candidates will be delivering the SDPR training prior to our implementation and then ongoing training and support thereafter.
The Clinical Application Support (CASU) exists within Clinical Informatics Department of Information Communications and Technology (ICT), Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD).
The unit provides;
- ongoing application support and management of clinical and patient management applications
- clinical application upgrades and maintenance
- eMR data quality and management
- expert knowledge, ongoing enhancements, optimisation and development of the eMR
- consulting services on the development of new clinical applications, advice on business process reengineering and transformation, change management, benefits realisation and post implementation reviews.
The position of Clinical Liaison Officer is required to:
- Provide a key point of contact and liaison between the Clinical Application Support Unit and clinicians, administrative staff and other key stakeholders.
- Provide on-site training and helpdesk phone support in the use of clinical applications to clients.
- Provide education sessions for all eMR applications including but not limited to Powerchart, Patient Management, Patient Scheduling, electronic Discharge Referral, SurgiNet, FirstNet, electronic orders, Clinical Documentation
