We’re growing, we’re busy, and we need great coffee people to join the team.
Dose is a café group in the Sutherland Shire built around good coffee, good food, good people and a really strong team culture. We care about the customer experience, the quality of what we serve, the speed of service, and the vibe inside the shop.
This is not a role for someone who just wants to stand behind a machine and cruise. We’re looking for people who love hospitality, move with urgency, care about their craft, take feedback well, and want to keep getting better.
We need 4 baristas across our stores, with full-time preferred. We’re also open to part-time or casual for the right people.
Pay: $56,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
