The Opportunity
Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team at the Dugald River Project in Queensland.
Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground load-haul-dump (LHD) equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment.
- Current Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded.
- Valid Manual Driver's Licence, Current First Aid & CPR, and Working at Heights certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, consistently upholding Redpath's "Safety – First, Last and Always" philosophy.
