Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect

Professional Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, Support solution architecture and functional design activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules in scope from Australia perspective.
- Work with the customer’s Australia-based customer team to validate, clarify, and finalise business requirements, process decisions, and local requirements.
- Provide functional leadership and solution oversight to the offshore Oracle delivery team.
- Review solution designs, configurations, workbooks, and delivery artefacts to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with agreed requirements and Oracle leading practices.
- Provide solution leadership and support through Process Playback 1, Process Playback 2, System Integration Testing (SIT), Train-the-Trainer (TTT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Identify, manage, and resolve functional design issues, gaps, risks, assumptions, and dependencies affecting the HCM solution.
- Work with the ADP implementation team on Payroll and Workforce Management System (WFS) touchpoints, including process alignment, integration dependencies, data requirements, testing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure clear ownership and end-to-end alignment for cross-vendor deliverables, particularly across HCM, Payroll, WFS, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Act as a trusted solution advisor to customer stakeholders, supporting timely decisions and escalation where required.
- Contribute to governance forums, project status reporting, design reviews, and milestone readiness assessments.
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect or Senior Functional Lead.
- Deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM, with experience in relevant modules such as Core HR, Recruit, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Help Desk, Touchpoints, Volunteering and Absence Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in Australia.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams and managing solution quality across distributed teams.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments, preferably involving payroll and workforce management providers such as ADP.
- Strong understanding of integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities in an HCM transformation programme.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solution designs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior customer stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex programme environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Australian HCM, payroll, workforce-management, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll and/or ADP Workforce Manager.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-country or multi-business-unit HCM transformations.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications.
