As a Workforce Application Specialist, you’ll lead the delivery of reliable, high-performing digital services by managing application support and driving continuous service improvements. You’ll take ownership of critical incident resolution, applying your technical expertise and domain knowledge to ensure seamless operations and deliver strong business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead application support and provide expert functional and technical guidance, building strong relationships across NSW Health.
- Drive business analysis by eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops, and shaping solutions that meet complex needs.
- Design scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance system performance, interoperability, and user experience.
- Oversee application configuration and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with strategic design and business outcomes.
- Resolve critical incidents and optimise service delivery, using insights and reporting to continuously improve performance.

About You
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Bring extensive experience delivering and supporting Workforce Apps solutions in large, complex environments, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent expertise.
- Excel at managing diverse stakeholders and competing priorities in high-profile, fast-paced settings.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Workforce Apps solutions that meet business needs.
- Demonstrated experience with complex payroll solutions, through effective stakeholder collaboration, process optimisation, and system integration.
- Bring proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite in complex environments.
