Front of House Team Member – Boss Burger Co Ballarat
We're seeking an awesome Front of House All-Rounder to join the Boss Squad and help sling some epic burgers to the people of Ballarat!
Love working with people? Love making customers smile? Can your milkshakes bring all the people of Ballarat to Boss? Or maybe you're just looking for a fresh opportunity and keen to learn something new?
No experience? No worries. We can train anyone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
We're looking for a Casual Super-Star to help deliver great food and even better customer experiences, offering 10–25 hours per week consistently, with opportunities for additional hours once fully trained.

- Serving customers with a smile
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Learning our menu and making recommendations
- Making milkshakes and drinks
- Delivering food to customers
- Packing takeaway and delivery orders
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Creating memorable customer experiences
- Helping us serve some of Ballarat's best burgers

How Soon Can I Start?
Successful applicants will be invited to attend an in-person job trial at our Ballarat restaurant.
Please Note:
We pay in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award. Rates vary depending on age and classification under the award.
