ACCIONA Energia is currently building its largest ever wind farm in Australia, the MacIntyre complex in Queensland, with a total capacity of 1,026MW. The project will boost the Queensland government's decarbonisation strategy, mobilising total investments of AU$1.96 billion (€1 billion). Construction is underway and the entire MacIntyre complex is scheduled to be fully operational in 2024.
There are several roles coming up in 2023 to join the ACCIONA Energia project team who is overseeing construction, and later on in the project we will hire the Operations team.
Required Skills and Competencies
To thrive and succeed at ACCIONA Energia, you will need the following profile:-

Wind farm experience (Australian experience preferred) or a passion for renewables;

Experience working in a construction setting or a desire to develop a career in construction;

Professional qualifications and relevant licenses, where relevant to your role;

Good communication skills and a professional attitude;

A team player who takes pride in your work;

Current driver’s license;

Able to work on a project site in a regional location.
