Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware using machines or by hand, ensuring a steady supply for the dining room.
- Table Bussing & Clearing: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain clean, dry floors in the dining/service area and remove trash regularly to adhere to health regulations.
- Supporting FOH Staff: Assist with food and drink running to ensure high-quality, efficient service.
- Stocking: Keep service stations, cupboards, and bar areas fully stocked with clean equipment.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Capacity to work quickly in a fast-paced, noisy, and high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Job Availability: Weekdays and Weekends
