At Elouera Children’s Centre, we believe childcare should feel like home. As a proudly family‑owned and operated service, we offer a welcoming, community‑centred environment where relationships matter — families feel heard and included, children feel safe and a sense of belonging, and educators are valued for their expertise and heart.
We’re seeking applications from Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join our Nursery and Toddler spaces. These are permanent, full time roles and require valid working rights.
You’ll bring strong planning, communication and professional practice, a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, and a commitment to child safety and inclusion. Working closely with a supportive, close‑knit team, you’ll help deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning aligned with our Reggio‑inspired philosophy and values.
Why you’ll love working with us
- Family‑owned and operated, with continuity of care for families for 10+ years
- Coaching, mentorship and genuine opportunities for growth and development
- A centre committed to child protection, safety, wellbeing and excellence
- A supportive, values‑driven team culture focused on continuous improvement
- Ongoing professional learning that prioritises leadership and child protection
- A collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are genuinely valued
- Well‑resourced rooms to support planning and programming

In this role, you will:
- Contribute to high‑quality educational practice
- Champion children’s safety, wellbeing and rights
