Join the Wellbody Founding Team
Wellbody is a premium body management and wellness studio preparing to open in Wentworth Point, Sydney.
We're looking for an experienced Brazilian Lymphatic Therapist to join our founding team as a Wellbody Specialist.
We're particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in:
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting
Body Sculpting / Body Contouring techniques
This is not a massage-only role.
You'll bring your existing lymphatic and hands-on skills to Wellbody, while being trained across our broader treatment offering and developing your capabilities in body management, client consultation, non-invasive body treatments and the complete Wellbody client journey.
What You'll Do
As a Wellbody Specialist, you will:
Perform Brazilian lymphatic drainage and sculpting treatments
Learn and deliver other Wellbody body treatments
Conduct professional client consultations
Understand each client's individual body goals and needs
Recommend appropriate treatment journeys
Deliver a warm, premium and consistent client experience
Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients
Follow up and support clients throughout their Wellbody journey
Maintain high standards of treatment quality, hygiene and presentation
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Contribute positively to the Wellbody team and culture
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
Have experience in Brazilian lymphatic drainage, Brazilian sculpting or similar hands-on body techniques
Have excellent hands-on skills and attention to detail
Genuinely enjoy caring for and helping people
Communicate warmly and professionally
Are confident working directly with clients
Are excited to learn treatments beyond your existing skill set
Have a positive attitude and growth mindset
Work well as part of a team
Are reliable and professional
Want to build a career rather than simply find another job
Experience in beauty, wellness, massage, nursing, allied health, body treatments or premium customer service is highly regarded.

We're not looking for someone who only wants to perform one type of treatment.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a Wellbody Specialist.
Your Brazilian lymphatic expertise may be what you bring to Wellbody on Day One. From there, we'll support you to develop across our broader body management, treatment and client experience framework.
