Inbound Call Centre Operator
About us:
We are an inbound call centre operating 24/7/365, located in Keilor Park, Victoria, 3042.
As an operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide the best possible service.
Position Available:
- We are seeking one inbound phone operator.
- 18-25 hours per week across a fortnightly roster
- We are seeking applicants available to work a range of business hours, after hours, weekends & public holidays.
- After hours includes a range of afternoon, evening, and midnight shifts
- Inbound call handling and message taking. No sales calls.
- Free onsite parking, secure after hours.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous call centre experience essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Clear and articulate phone manner
- Proficiency in using a computer
- Good typing/keyboard skills - minimum 30 words per minute
- Experience using multiple programs and/or multiple screens
- Ability to follow listed procedures
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work well under pressure
Availability and Training:
- You must be available for initial full-time training on-site for a minimum of four weeks. Including two weeks at 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, and two weeks at 12pm-7pm Mon-Fri.
- Good ongoing availability required, with no restrictions
- Flexibility to cover leave and last minute sickness

$32.31 per hour Base Casual Rate - plus shift rates and penalty rates as per Contract Call Centres Award 2020.
