ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the person on the ground. You support our cleaning teams, maintain our standards, and make sure our sites are running the way they should.
This is not a desk job. Most of your week is field-based across the inner west, eastern suburbs, north shore, and northern beaches. You'll be at sites early, sometimes after hours, and you'll need to be comfortable with that.
You report to Leo — our Head of Operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Visiting sites to check cleaning standards and quality
- Retraining cleaners when standards drop — on site, practically
- Inducting new cleaners onto sites before they start
- Setting up new sites when we bring on new clients
- Identifying and reporting issues before they become complaints
- Supporting the team with problem solving when things go wrong
- Logging all site visits and changes in our systems (Monday.com, Connecteam)
- Attending our Tuesday morning team meeting every week

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have cleaned professionally or supervised a cleaning team — this is non-negotiable
- You can spot what's wrong with a site the moment you walk in
- You are reliable — you show up when you say you will, every time
- You are fit and practical — this role involves hands on physical work, and being on the move
- You manage people with respect, not pressure
- You are flexible with your schedule across the week including weekends and nights but its a fair go you can take time off during week if need be
- You are comfortable using a phone for scheduling, reporting, and communication
