We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding support.
As a Team Member | Wholesale Customer Service, you'll play an important role in supporting our wholesale customers, sales agents and internal teams. From processing orders and managing enquiries to coordinating with Distribution and Product teams, you'll help ensure our customers receive timely, accurate and professional service every day.
Key responsibilities
- Managing wholesale customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing wholesale orders, returns and credits with accuracy
- Supporting sales agents with product information and reporting
- Coordinating with Distribution to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Resolving customer enquiries and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate customer records and administration
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting the wider Wholesale team.
About you
You'll enjoy working in a team environment and have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer service, administration or wholesale support
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel - essential
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with M3 or a similar ERP system - advantage
