Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised support to people living with disability and older Australians. From daily routines to community outings, you’ll help clients live life their way.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Personal care with respect and compassion
- Assist with meal prep, household tasks, and medication reminders
- Support clients in social and community activities
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Keep accurate records and follow care plans
What We’re Looking For
- Heart & Empathy: You genuinely care about people
- Flexibility: Available for casual shifts, including weekends
- Experience: Previous aged care or disability support experience preferred
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards) preferred
- Compliance: First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver’s licence
