Contracting Occupational Therapist – NDIS & Community Work in Hurstville and Sydney South.
Sydney Health Physiotherapy is seeking a Contracting Occupational Therapist to assist with a small but growing NDIS caseload in Hurstville, with opportunity for additional contracting work as the service expands.
This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist looking for flexible contracting work within a supportive multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
The Role
- Fortnightly treatment for 1–2 existing NDIS participants initially
- Opportunity to grow caseload over time
- Flexible contractor arrangement
- Clinic-based work in Hurstville with potential community/home visit work depending on preference and suitability
- Work alongside Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists within an established rehabilitation clinic

- Is reliable, organised, and professional
- Communicates confidently with patients, families, and support coordinators
- Has strong documentation and report-writing skills
- Is comfortable working independently
- Has an interest in functional rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes
- Values a supportive and team-oriented environment
Requirements
- AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current ABN
- Driver’s licence preferred
