We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team at our global headquarters in Kilsyth. This is an opportunity to work closely with manufacturing operations and play a key role in driving performance, cost insight, and business improvement. This is a diverse, fast-paced position where you'll partner closely with operations and provide critical financial insights to support decision-making across the plant.
You'll get involved in everything from product costing and KPI reporting through to identifying efficiencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse manufacturing performance through KPIs, trends, and variance analysis

Support plant reporting, including factory rates and cost insights
-
Maintain and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), times, and rates
-
Investigate and resolve product cost queries
-
Contribute to forecasting and manufacturing reporting

Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, BAS, and FBT

Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy

Partner with stakeholders across Finance and Operations

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:
- Experience in manufacturing, cost or plant accounting
