Quality Systems & Digital Improvement Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes, supporting staff and using technology to make work easier and more effective.
This is a 6 month position working 22.5 hours per week.
About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting organisational quality, compliance, reporting and business systems across St Pat's.
This is a varied and hands on role that combines quality administration, digital systems support and process improvement. You will help maintain quality and compliance systems, support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, develop reporting solutions and contribute to the organisation's digital transformation initiatives.
You will also assist with the implementation of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency and service delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Quality and Compliance

Support quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain policies, procedures and document control systems.
- Assist with audits, reviews and accreditation requirements.
- Support incident, risk and feedback management processes.
Digital Systems and Information Management
-
Support and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries and records management systems.
- Assist staff to effectively use Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint and Teams.
- Maintain information governance, permissions and document structures.
Reporting and Automation

Assist with the development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Support workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop digital forms, approvals and automated processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital solutions.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Support adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Develop user guides and provide practical systems support to staff.
- Contribute to organisational improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
About You
You are organised, adaptable and enjoy solving problems. You can work across multiple systems and projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
You will bring:

Experience in administration, quality, compliance, systems support or business support roles.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of document management and records management practices.
- Experience or demonstrated capability using Power BI and/or Power Automate.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- The ability to support and train staff in a collaborative and practical manner.
- An interest in digital transformation, automation and emerging technologies including AI.
