The Technology Revenue and Grants Division within QRO is responsible for the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of revenue and grant management systems. The Functional Analyst position sits within the Platform Engineering team.
Your typical day as a Functional Analyst may include:
- Collaborate with enterprise architects in providing expert functional design advice on continuous improvement and new business opportunities.
- Identify, analyse and resolve problems and incidents, and prevent their recurrence, including providing problem diagnosis, support and the execution of system configuration.
- Contribute to the design of manual and automated testing, ensuring the appropriate standards and methodologies are complied with, and system integrity is preserved.
- Assist with the analysis, development and maintenance of procedures that underpin Technology Division processes.
- Advise and assist the build and deploy team in developing and maintaining the organisations' core corporate business solutions to ensure that they underpin core business processes and comply with internal and external requirements.
- Utilise analytical skills to identify data and process models to design reports, forms and interfaces.
- Conduct workshops, which includes negotiating and communicating outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in SAP technologies. Ideally, you will have design, configuration and implementation skills and experience in one or more of the following: Public Sector Collections & Disbursement (PSCD), Tax Revenue Management (TRM), Financials (FI-CO), Contract Accounting (FI-CA), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Grants Management (GM), Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC), SAP Contact Centre (CRM CCI), SAP Assurance and Compliance Software (ACS), SAP Cloud Platform services (SCP), ELNO and Fiori applications.
- Experience in taking ownership of your own development and growth and applying your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.
