Full-Time Good Chef Wanted – Hunters Hill
Dusk Kitchen & Eatery is looking for an experienced, passionate Chef to join our friendly and fun team. We’re a local café in the leafy suburb of Hunters Hill and are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
What we’re looking for:
● Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen.
● Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
● Passionate about producing quality food with good presentation.
● Confident in taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Position:
● Full-time
● Wednesday to Sunday
● 6:00am – 2:30/3:00pm
● Must be available to work both weekend days.
● Weekend penalty rates apply in accordance with the Hospitality Award.
About the role:
● Food preparation and service.
● Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
● Our menu is small, simple to learn, and designed for fast, smooth service during busy periods.
● We serve fresh, classic Australian café favourites.
Requirements:
● Current driver’s licence preferred (free parking available).
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Salary: Competitive pay in line with the Hospitality Industry Award, based on experience.
