As a Support Worker, you will empower participants to achieve their goals while promoting independence, inclusion and quality of life within their home and community.

Key Responsibilities
You will provide person-centred support including:
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming and toileting)
- Community access and social participation
- Domestic assistance and household tasks
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Medication assistance (where trained and authorised)
- Mobility assistance and manual handling
- Supporting participants with daily living skills
- Emotional support and companionship
- Assisting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Accurate progress notes and documentation
- Reporting incidents and changes in participant wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable)
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (if required)
- Right to work in Australia
- Smartphone with internet access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Certificate IV in Mental Health
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Nursing qualifications
- Experience supporting participants with:
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Physical disabilities
- Neurological conditions
- Mental health
- High intensity supports
- Complex care
- Dementia
- Behaviour support
