Home Care Support Worker
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Support Workers to support clients in their homes and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering high‑quality person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Meal preparation and light household tasks
- Community access (shopping, appointments, social activities)
- Medication prompts
- Completing accurate progress notes after each shift
- Reporting any changes in client health or behaviour

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
Pay: $26.44 – $36.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
