What we are looking for: Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on barista experience (dialing in, texturing milk, and strong latte art skills). Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week. Attitude: Reliable, friendly, and a great team player who loves connecting with the local community.
