Your new role:
As an Enrolled Nurse within the Workforce Support Service, you'll provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care across a range of medical and surgical environments. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife, you'll bring adaptability, clinical competence and a collaborative approach to supporting patient care and responding to changing workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred care within your scope of practice.
Work collaboratively with RNs, allied health and medical teams across clinical areas.
Adapt confidently to changing clinical environments, workloads and models of care.
Contribute to quality improvement, education, mentoring and positive team culture.
About you:
You're a capable and adaptable Enrolled Nurse who enjoys variety and can quickly build effective working relationships in different clinical environments. You're committed to safe patient care, professional development and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Skills & Experience
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the NMBA.
Current medication endorsement and demonstrated clinical competence.
Strong communication, teamwork, organisation and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across diverse clinical settings.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
