ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Carpenter at Be Floored, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life. This position is integral to ensuring the quality and precision that Be Floored is known for. You will be involved in a variety of projects, enhancing residential and commercial spaces while learning and growing with our skilled team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install timber floors with precision and care.
- Craft and fit timber walls and ceilings.
- Measure and construct timber staircases.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage materials and tools efficiently.
- Perform quality checks and repairs as needed.
- Report progress and challenges to project supervisors.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Skills in timber installation and carpentry techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
