About the role: -
This is a dynamic, dual-focused role where you can combine people support with sales, relationship building and administration, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
You will:

Support participants (many facing barriers such as disability, injury, or long-term unemployment) to become job-ready

Actively market candidates to employers and generate job opportunities

Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways
-
Success in this role comes from your ability to balance people support with proactive employer engagement and outcome delivery.
Key Responsibilities: -

Build strong relationships with participants to understand their employment goals and position them for success.
-
Coach participants to be job-ready, competitive, and interview confident.
-
Assist participants with resumes, interview preparation, job search strategies and facilitate access to training and upskilling opportunities.

Drive employment outcomes by actively advocating on behalf of participants to employers and securing job placements.

Generate new employment opportunities through cold calls, employer visits, and face-to-face engagement with employers to generate job opportunities.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of employers to consistently convert opportunities into placements.

Identify and capitalise on hidden job opportunities through proactive business development.
-
Pitch candidates confidently, positioning their skills to meet employer needs.

Influence hiring decisions by promoting the commercial and social value of inclusive recruitment

Negotiate job trials, work experience placements, and wage subsidies to secure employment outcomes.

Maintain and grow employer relationships to drive repeat business and ongoing vacancies.

Achieve and exceed KPI targets across placements, engagement, and activity levels.

Conduct regular appointments and track participant progress toward employment outcomes.

Manage compliance, documentation, and data entry in line with program requirements.

Track performance against KPIs and achieve employment outcome targets.

Celebrate milestones and successful placements to build participant confidence and engagement.

You are:

A natural communicator and relationship builder with confidence engaging employers.

Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.

To be considered, you will have...

Eligibility to work in Australia.

A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.

A MyGovID (Standard level).

Willing to complete a National Police Check.

Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
