An exciting opportunity exists to join the Brighter Beginnings Health and Development Checks team in South Western Sydney Local Health District. We are seeking Clinical Nurse specialists, Grade 2 to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist you will have the opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team providing health and developmental screening in early education settings and providing assessment, intervention and capacity building and direct care pathways for children in SWSLHD. This role is a truly unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children in the area. You will be a compassionate, understanding and adaptable person who is ready to become a leader. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about their role and team whilst delivering a family centred service, in consultation with clients and carers/families. You will be working with a small multidisciplinary team who are highly supportive of each other. You will have great communication skills and be ready to progress both your own career and skills but also empower your team. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and network within the wider healthcare team and the Brighter Beginnings Health and Development Checks team.
