KASSISSA PTY LTD t/a Scroll Boi is a boutique bakery specialising in freshly baked sweet and savoury
scrolls, speciality coffee, drinks and artisan treats. Known for its soft, pillowy dough and generous
fillings, Scroll Boi brings a modern twist to the classic bakehouse experience.
We are seeking for a full-time Pastrycook to join our team in Kingsgrove location.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Prepare and produce a variety of bakery and pastry items, including cinnamon scrolls, buns,
pastries, desserts and other baked goods featuring Asian-inspired ingredients and flavours.
2. Accurately measure, mix and proof ingredients
3. Baking a range of pastry items including monitoring oven temperatures and products
4. Preparing pastry and scroll fillings and decorating, icing and glazing scrolls.
5. Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow, including monitoring inventory
of pastry supplies and placing orders as required.
6. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times and ensure compliance
with OH&S obligations.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recipes, production methods, and operational
procedures.
8. Coordinate production requirements with other kitchen staff to meet retail, catering, and
event demands.

Relevant qualifications at a minimum Cert IV level
You must also have at least 1 year of FT work experience in the field
The salary for the role is $80,000.
