Client Services Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team at North Metro Community Alcohol and Drug Service (NMCADS), Joondalup.
This position will provide administrative support to the NMCADS team. The Client Services Officer will also be the first point of contact for consumers, staff, and stakeholders, whilst also completing tasks related to consumer records, reception, and switchboard areas, ensuring an efficient and effective clinical support service.
This is a full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. Level 2/3 $79,917-$90,594 per annum

To be appointed / successful in this role, you will require the following key qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Previous experience working in a human services office environment.
- A welcoming, person-focused manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Effective organisational skills, particularly in regard to managing filing systems, appointment management, and administrative resources management.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Sound written communication skills, particularly in regard to minute-taking.
- The ability to work under direction and to use initiative where appropriate.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience using MasterCare will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with people affected by alcohol and other drugs.
