What you’ll be doing:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and have the skills to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
You 'll be accountable for establishing and evaluating the patient's plan of care, in partnership with the patient, their carers and other members of the health care team.
You will be supported in your role by all other nursing staff and will work under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will:

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Current Australian working rights
Demonstrated experience providing care to mental health consumers within a recovery‑oriented framework
Understanding of relevant mental health legislation, guidelines, and the responsibilities relating to consumers, families and carers.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution.
