About the role
Join CSC’s newly established Quality Assurance team and help shape how quality is measured, monitored, and continuously improved across customer interactions. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving consistency, strengthening compliance, and embedding best-practice standards that improve customer outcomes and organisational performance.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll utilise your extensive scheme and pensions knowledge to support customer facing teams in delivering exceptional service and building capability across the customer group. Acting as the primary subject matter expert and first point of contact for Quality Assurance Analysts, you’ll provide mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance to support assessment consistency and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Through quality assessments, calibration activities, reporting, and data-driven insights, you’ll help identify development opportunities and contribute to the ongoing uplift of quality capability across CSC.
You'll also help strengthen governance and compliance by assessing customer interactions against scheme rules, regulatory obligations, and internal standards. Through quality insights and reporting, you'll identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities that support better decision-making, reduce operational risk, and help CSC deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for its customers.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy
- Strong reporting, documentation and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CSC products, schemes, and service obligations (desirable)
