We’re a busy French artisan bakery serving specialty coffee, fresh pastries and sourdough every day. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great customer service, and can keep up with a busy morning rush.
Availability
You must be available:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 7:30am until at least 11:30am or 12:00pm
Additional shifts may be available for the right person.
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years’ barista experience in Australia
- Confident dialling in espresso and producing consistently excellent coffee
- Fast, efficient and able to stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, energetic and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Comfortable jumping between coffee, customer service and general bakery duties
- Able to multitask and work as part of a small, high-performing team
What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee during busy service
- Deliver warm and efficient customer service
- Assist with food service and bakery sales
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming bakery throughout the shift
Pay: $33.00 – $44.71 per hour
