Burch Gardening and Cleaning is seeking an extremely reliable, self‑motivated cleaner to join our team on an ongoing part‑time basis. This role involves evening work starting at 6pm, with variable shift lengths depending on workload and business requirements.
We are looking for someone someone who takes their work seriously and brings genuine commitment to every shift, takes pride in doing a job well and not just going through the motions. Reliability, initiative, and consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and hygiene
- Following daily, weekly, and monthly task lists
- Completing work independently and efficiently
- Reporting issues, supply needs, or changes promptly
- Ensuring all areas are left clean, tidy, and ready for use
