We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse operation located in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for stable, ongoing work with full-time hours and long-term potential. Working within a small and highly capable team, you will play a key role in daily warehouse and transport operations.
The successful candidate will bring strong high reach forklift experience, strong administrative and warehouse system skills, confidence loading and unloading trucks and containers, a hands on attitude to learning new tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment. This role requires a hands-on operator who is comfortable assisting across all warehouse functions when required.

Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers

Sub assembly of parts in preparation for production

Putaways, replenishment and stock movements

Picking and packing orders using RF scanners

Pallet wrapping and staging freight

Receiving and dispatch duties
-
Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg+

Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Assisting across general warehouse operations as required

Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)

Proven high reach forklift operating experience

Experience loading and unloading transport vehicles and containers

Strong understanding of warehouse and dispatch operations

RF scanning and basic computer skills

Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
