As a Care Consultant with Kanda's Support at Home team, you'll be the reliable, familiar presence that keeps things running smoothly for clients, families and field staff alike. It's not a behind-the-scenes role — you're front and centre, making sure nothing slips, no one feels unheard, and the right people know what they need to know before it becomes a problem.
What you'll be doing
- Helping clients by providing high-quality customer service and support
- Building genuine relationships with clients and families so they hear a familiar, trusted voice when they call
- Supporting field staff day-to-day so they have what they need to show up and do their best work
- Keeping client records accurate and flagging anything important to the Support at Home Coordinator before it becomes a problem
- Responding to feedback and incidents with speed and professionalism, and feeding insights back into continuous improvement
You're the right person if...
- You have experience in aged care, community care or disability services and hold a relevant qualification in the industry
- You communicate with warmth and clarity across every level — clients, families, field staff and clinical leads
- You're organised enough to manage competing priorities without letting the important things slip
- You hold a Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or you're ready to get one
