With operations and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we continue to expand and are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Sydney warehouse team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, improving processes and contributing to a growing business.
About the Role
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Sydney warehouse and supporting a small warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily warehouse activities and workflow
- Allocating tasks and supporting warehouse staff
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitoring order fulfilment and dispatch performance
- Receiving, checking and organising stock
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in stocktakes
- Ensuring warehouse cleanliness, safety and organisation
- Training and supporting new team members
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes
- Assisting with warehouse duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel and warehouse systems)
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front
- Reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented approach
